KLD worked with the clients of Delgany Residence and their architect, from Stephen Newell Architects, to re-configure their existing home and to design the interior layout of their new extension.
Previously a small square house with box rooms, KLD added excitement and provided the clients with a long lasting home that will adapt to suit their growing family’s needs. The contemporary interior architecture flows over varying levels and provides the clients with an open plan experience. Seamless joinery snakes throughout the design to lead the eye through the space.
Raw, natural materials of concrete and limed timber combined with clean plastered walls, offer a clean, soft backdrop for the family to put their stamp on. Maximum natural light ensures that the space maintains brightness throughout the year.
